June 26 (Bloomberg) -- The U.S. Senate proposal to impose taxes for the first time on "gold-plated" health plans may bypass generous employee benefits negotiated by unions.

There is a big difference between drowning a woman and a dog in a hot car. The crime of Mr. Kennedy was not the accident itself. It is the fact that he swam out of danger. Spent the night somewhere and did not call police until the morning. YES, he should of been booted out of the senate and served jail time. Did she get to live her life no. At least the dog lived a long good life.
